EU must also build Semiconductors Foundries and distribute 100 million Training Videoconference Tablets & Laptops with cheap Data plans so your Generation can find how to make Plastics , Fertilizers, Composites, Medicines, Aluminium , Steel, etc. without using Oil and Gas , we still don't know how. This will require a EU Bond of € 1.5 Trillion and strong elected officials, run for office and get it done.
