Europe would be financing it's own destruction. One Solution is the 80 billion barrels of Oil and Gas in Venezuela, which can be upgraded very fast and transport to EU , can EU Bureaucracies actually make a Deal with Caracas ? Also the Oligarchs in Washington DC and the Middle East will be totally against it , since they want the collapse of Europe and the Euro , while telling you all that they are your friends. Venezuela to Guyana is the logical move , but Brussels has not been logical for so long , that most likely they will do only the Middle East and finance their own Salafists terrorists , insanity !
