In my opinion, besides some Catalans that want the Monarchy retiring, what is important for Europe to realize is that some of financing of this break - up movement comes from the Neocon Oligarchs in exchange for seats in the Countries new Government and their Jobs in the EU Agencies like ECB, etc. Every Country entering the EU gets access to powerful EU Agencies and decision making, and that is what the Oligarchs want in exchange for financing the Chaos, as usual. EU Taxpayers should study these influences carefully, in my opinion.
