There is a gap of 24 to 36 hours between the Russian Troops leaving March 30 , 2022 , the video message by Bucha Mayor Fedoruk announcing the retreat of all Russia Troops the next day March 31, and the arrival of International Media photographers from Washington Post , CNN, etc. hours later , showing dead bodies with their hands tied up on the 2 sides of Bucha streets. Until all Evidence is investigated, EU & US should not hand down Judgment , EU & US are run by Rule of Law , Allegations must be first Investigated and then proven, not the other way around.We must preserve EU & US high Constitutional Standards , not irresponsible unconfirmed hysteria .Let's remember that the Oligarchs agenda is to destroy and burn down Europe, Ukraine and Russia, all Christians, to the ground and crash the Euro and the Dollar out of the Financial Markets, to buy these same Assets later at Bankruptcy Prices, their usual method.
