  1. Lockdown now is better than pandemic later. Austria should distribute 4 million Training Videoconference Tablets / Laptops for it's 8.5 million Citizens with reduced or free Data plans so all their Citizens start training in Electric Transportation and Smart Grid as well as 5G/LTE/WiFi eDrones, Batteries and Electric Motors management and service as well as E-commerce . Will they do it ? Of course not, some are very arrogant and will never act humble or smart , like most of Europe and the Human Race. Austria should install 5 gigawatts of near Vertical and Circular Solar Panels with batteries , will they do it ? Of course not.
