OPEC cutting down production of 2 million barrels a day to increase Prices is very irresponsible and unethical , the EU and US and the whole World should never forget that , precisely when the World needs more Stability , the Oil Sheiks squeeze the Markets, that is cruel and sick ,only un-elected and self appointed dictators would do such a thing , it's time to retire them .
