The whole Region must focus on building the pipelines, the Commerce and Roads and Rails parallel to them, and a full Geological Analysis for Rare Earths, Geological Hydrogen, Lithium and around 20 billion barrrels of Oil, Gas & Minerals equivalent, enough to make everyone happy, healthy and wealthy. Already War Profiteers are calculating around € 10 - 20 billion in Military Contracts that would require the total Destruction of Niger, Nigeria, Burkina Faso, Mali,Ghana , etc. : You don't want that level of Destruction so that a few War Profiteers make some money .
