We must remember that when Pr.Biden is gone , the Neocon Oligarchs will take over again and new Wars will flare up immediately in Syria , Libya, Afghanistan, Venezuela , Cuba and the Oligarchs favorite spot : Ukraine. Europe should take advantage of it and develop with US new Trading Routes , new Jobs and new Growth Solutions . Will the Brussels lobby industry let it happen ? Most probably not !
