In my opinion the EU Chips Act must include GPU Chips designed for AI as well as training in their use in AI programs, how to control the DATA Set / Tokens / etc. that go into these AI programs and the Code & Algorithms that builds the Text answers as well as Video , Holograms, Music, Art, etc. answers to Search and Questions by users . Python is very popular among AI Programmers . Many Chips from the Middle East and Asia have " backdoors ", trackers , etc. Europe must develop a simple practical tutorial for Youth to work with , it's imperative .

  2. No Peace Talks in Ukraine - Russia War ? Only more Military Contracts and Profits for Oil, Gas, Weapons Companies, the Oil Sheiks and their Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Private Equity ? Where are the UN Peacekeepers ? We only hear Zelenskiy ordering , not asking but ordering the mumbling and clueless EU Politicians to open NATO and Europe to him and his Neocon Oligarchs so they can take total control of NATO Nuclear Weapons and Brussels Funds , that is all we can hear. Europe has no leaders , that is the biggest problem. The EU 2024 Elections must change everything or there will be nothing left , only European slaves and servants.
