In my opinion, today's news that the US FTC , Federal Trade Commission , is suing to block Nvidia buying ARM Holdings over competition concerns is very good news for Open Markets and Fair Competition. ARM Holdings Chip Architecture is in 95% of Smartphones ,Tablets , Laptops etc. It would have been a disaster for Consumer and would destroy Global Computer Industries advances.
