  1. The ECB , like the Fed Res , has 3 Jobs : Keep Prices stable , make policies that generate Growth and Create Jobs . So why not the ECB demands that the EU Parliament and the EU Commission turn all the EU Parking Lots and Highways and Rail Ways into Solar Energy Systems ? Cover all of them with Solar Panels and Batteries arrays made in the EU ? Installed and maintained by EU Workers and Clean Energy Students ? Like France Laws just approved ? They never do anything that has immediate positive effects , why ?
