". Kolomoisky has been classified as a Criminal Oligarch by the US Dpt. of Commerce. His Indictments in Ukraine for the Theft of € 3.5 billion from PrivatBank suggest some of these Funds are in BVI, Cyprus , Belize , where he shares Bank Accounts with Zelenskiy , Shefir, etc .and where other Oligarchs like Abramovich control multiple assets , Yachts , Planes , Real Estate.,etc. Question : Is this absurd and unnecessary Military Conflict in part a Distraction from the above Criminal Activities ?
