In my opinion China Defense Minister Shangfu saying that China wants Peace and Negotiations is very positive and very important, the US & EU must take him at his word and work on TRADE, GROWTH and JOBS. Of course we know the Warmongers and War Profiteers will be against it , demanding more Confrontation and Crisis to sell more Weapons and Fear.Who will prevail ? Markets are shorting the Economy , they expect a full Recession unless the Warmongering goes down .
