  1. Great project ! Local Restaurants have a special name for these local products ? Go to the top restaurant , hotels and events centers , find out what they need and want ,offer them the finest salads ingredients, vegetables and herbs ? EU Bureaucracies eating local fresh produce is an amazing story , in my opinion.
