Europe 450 million Citizens have the most powerful tool : Smartphones, Tablets, Laptops and Desktops linking them all in the Web and the Internet , with new apps , new solutions , new Energies , but EU Elected Officials and Bureaucrats have never like the Web , it takes away their absolute power and exposes their incompetence and corruption, so EU will go poorer and poorer and will never use the Web and the Internet to the max , very sad ! That is also why the hate Elon Musk so much , they fear Twitter and other apps will expand the Web and expose their total incompetence and corruption.
