In my opinion every Youth should test the new Talking Robot ChatGPT and Dall - E image generator to find how to create new solutions, new applications with it , even how to use chips and hardware with it to solve problems . The negative people will say that is a bad idea that will destroy writing and thinking, but the solutions is to find ways to use it to solve more problems ,to expand ideas , to build new ideas and solutions , since it's all about the Data that gets inserted . Will Europe use ChatGPT and similar AI to expand the mind ? Will the bureaucracy in Brussels say that because it was co - founded by Elon Musk is bad and the Youth must stay away ? AI will always be about the chips used, the data inserted and the way that data is built and delivered. You have to be in it to win. So far OpenAI is not Open Source , that can be a problem .
