Skilled Workers shortage in Europe is a huge Crisis : Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers , Solar & Wind & Batteries Arrays Specialists, Heat Pumps Systems and Factory Workers specialists , Electric Transportation Assembly Workers, Desalination and Agrivoltaics systems designers and installers ,etc.have a shortage of at least 2 million Workers , and many other segments also face huge shortages , including Specialized Nurses and Doctors Assistants , Bio -Chemists ,etc . In my opinion the EU should invite expert senior Workers from Japan, S. Korea, Taiwan, etc. to train young Students on Factory floor technologies, etc. Brussels solution is to make reservations in expensive hotels and restaurants and Conferences in remote areas to study the issue and write Reports for a potential Policy change 2 years from now and about the effects of these new policies on butterflies and squirrels.
