Europe has not enough Skilled Workers , Port and Grid Capacity , Battery Arrays and Factories,etc. for this very important Project : To build the next 100 Gigawatts by 2030 as the Program mentions , Europe must invest , and this type of Investments are the right mix : Creates Cheap Local Electricity , Creates Local Jobs and Local Consumer Economy and Builds industrial Base , which means low Inflation for the Cost . If De Croo , Macron and Scholz are serious , they should ask and explain for ~ € 50 billions to finance it, right now in my opinion.
