European Council: AI new programs like Image Generators & Diffusion Modeling, etc. are helping Scientists design new Proteins and Materials for Clean Energies, this is a Revolution, and it means that Training the Youth is fundamental , they will be able much sooner to re - arrange atoms and build particles of Fuels and Clean Energy materials, medicines , skin, organs , etc. The Databases they use is all the Knowledge accumulated in all the Universities, Research Centers, Hospitals, Chemical amd Bio Laboratories, etc., and mostly, if not all , financed by Governments, by the Taxpayers and Consumers.This is very important when Financial groups will try to sell it to Consumers as private proprietary property, Private stocks, bonds, Assets, etc. The Taxpayers and Consumers and Patients are the ones who financed and paid for all these Databases that AI uses to build these new particles, proteins, materials, etc. In my opinion training the Youth is the top priority .
