Merkel that Russia will face Sanctions if there is more aggression in Ukraine is correct but they must also ask why NATO nuclear bombers are flying 20 km. from the Russia Border, as Media has reported , this is an unnecessary provocation and a huge Distraction so the Kiev Oligarchs continue to abuse Ukraine Citizens and stop EU & US from switching to Electric Transportation and force them to spend all the Recovery Funds in Weapons instead of Clean Energy .
