In my opinion Pr Trump should expand the Chip and Infrastructure Acts that Pr Biden pushed through into Law, making sure Intel and Boeing new Advanced Manufacturing and Assembly Factories are not stolen to the Middle East and Indo - Asia . The same applies to Europe : the Neocon Oligarchs want Airbus, ASML , RR, Safran, MTU, etc., and they will try to steal them . The Wars are just THE DISTRACTION .
