Why not invite Musk and Team and build 400 Gigawatts of Solar, Wind, Hydrogen, Batteries, Chargers and Desalination systems from Portugal to Greece and invite him and others like Iberdrola , etc., to open another 5 Electric Transportation Factories in EU ?
