In my opinion : 3nm chips by Intel & Global Foundries, Battery Industry ( Tesla, etc.) , Electric Vehicles ( Tesla & EU Auto Industry ) , Reusable Space Travel Industry ( Space X & restructured ESA hardware to be fully reusable ) , e-VTOL Drones & Planes & Cars , Full EU Electric Grid strong, flexible, integrated & distributed , to support all the above Industries with electric & hydrogen Chargers along the way & Urban Natural Farming Industry . At least 3 assembly plants ( like Foxconn builds for Apple) to build-assemble simple & solid ~ 25 -35 cm. Tablets ( Alcatel ,LG, Apple,etc.) & Videoconference for e-commerce training so that ECB can start carefully introducing apps for Digital Euro, slowly. Cost of all the above ~€150 billion which includes a vital component : A full powerful Electric Grid where every farmer & home owner can sell & cyber manage it's own electricity from solar ,wind , hydrogen, motion, geothermal, wave/tidal, biowaste except trees , hydropower, etc.
