Why all Europe is not covered by Wind and Wave Turbines , Solar Panels and Batteries ? Why Europe had to wait for Tesla to start Electric Vehicles & Batteries Industry ?

Europe must switch all it's Transportation to Electric Vehicles , upgrade all it's Electric Grid to e-smart with chargers everywhere , all cars and components made in the EU by EU Workers , while continue financing alternatives to Oil & Gas to make Aluminium, Plastic ,Fertilizer ,Steel, Medicines , etc. , which we still don't know how today , and push Hydrogen for Heavy Transportation and Fusion Energy . The end game is to make big Oil and Gas the co - leaders in Clean Energy Electricity and Chemicals .
