Commissioner Gentiloni : In my opinion Europe , like South and Central America, must install Advance Logic Data Centers in the 27 Countries, proportionally bigger in Germany, France, Italy & Spain, to coordinate Resoruces , Supply & Demand, Jobs and Skills , Energy , Foods , etc. to maximize Assets, and help Politicians, Bureaucrats and Entrepreneurs make smarter decisions, more Fair Trade, more Growth, all using English in GPU / CPU and AI Software . The USA 50 States share these Logistics and it works very well ,using also the same single language. At least as advisers , these Data Centers can train in Scientific AI. To send € billions to Zelenskiy and Yermak every month without Audits or Presidential Elections, and say EU has no money for these Data Centers is the cancer that wil destroy Europe , in my opinion. I would ask Elon Musk Team about Clean Energies powering these Data Centers.
