Sanchez : Europe must implement a parallel and complimentary Plan to the USA IRA , Inflation Reduction Act, to support local EU Companies with local Contracts for local Factories to build the future Clean Energies Industries. Many EU Companies want to move to America and Asia to get these Funds and Tax Credits to build their future . EU Companies like Ferrovial must get support to build Electric Vehicles and Batteries Factories, Agrivoltaics, Desalination, Synthetic Fuels, e - fuels , Hydrogen heavy transport, etc. , or they will leave for more support and more Investment overseas . Apprenticeships must be part of the new investment formulas . The case of KUKA Robots can never be repeated.
