  1. Excellent Treaty ! Focus on Clean Energy , Hydrogen, Cloud, Space Travel Industry, Solar, Semiconductors and Agriculture . EU must build own Semiconductors Foundries to complement existing core : Intel, Global Foundries, Bosch, STMicro, Infineon, etc. with very flexible reprogrammable chips in a network of Foundries that avoids duplicity . Great Treaty , let's hope all of Europe now works together.
