Regulations cannot turn Jobs into permanent right to don't do anything or the minimum : Anyone that has worked in Union and non Union Jobs , know that in many cases Union Regulations are an excuse for some Workers to do the minimum, since they know it's very hard to be fired from the Job. Will EU be as flexible and dynamic as the US ? Who will risk opening new Businesses in EU if they know they can't fire lazy and abusive Workers ? Agree on strong Protection for Work Accidents and Sickness.
