Dear PM Kallas , Estonia : EU Taxpayers should be building Semiconductors , Electric Vehicles and Batteries Factories and a EU Smart Electric Grid right now at the speed of Light , while installing Solar & Wind Systems all over Europe , instead they are spending € billions in supporting Ukraine refugees , paying more than € 100 a barrel for Oil ,Gas , LNG and spending € billions more for Weapons with APS technologies controlled by Middle East dealers . You think that is a coincidence or by design ?
