South & Central America and Caribbe have , just in the Venezuela to Brasil Coasts, around 200 + billion barrels of Oil,Gas and Minerals, enough to extract all the Chemicals needed to build a whole 500 Gigawatts Solar, Wind, Battery Arrays and Grid Industry to power their whole Continent and Caribbe , besides the huge Lithium Deposits. If South and Central America and Caribbe and the European Union put all their Cattle ( 350 + 70 million ) on Data Centers and BLOCKCHAIN using advance Logic & AI servers, they can manage assets fairly so no small farmer goes bankrupt, and they can distribute Cattle, Crops, Services, Energy, etc. and Currency in an honest way , never tried before , and will be able to compete with China and India, 700 + 700 million low wages Workers , without Free Speech or Free Media, and where centralized Governments can put 350.000 workers to build one gadget or one crop, they will be able to compete with that and win. Divided they will not last, in my opinion. No one will .
