In my opinion the Baguette Crisis points to a European issue : The Continental Consumers need fast food as tasteful as the Baguette and Pissaladiere, but loaded with modern GRAINS & FIBERS & PROTEINS for modern ACTIVE LIFE . I would urge all the French great Bakers to experiment with flavor , grains , whole wheat fibers and proteins and design a full meal, a full satisfying snack , on the go and tasty but loaded with proteins , grains and fibers , and offer it to the World .
