Europe elected officials and NATO must remember that if Pr. Biden leaves the White House before his term expires before the November 2024 US Elections , the Neocon Oligarchs will take control of the Oval Office and they will start WW3 between USA, EU , NATO and Russia within days , to distract everyone while they take Political and Military control and steal all the Funds .
