EU - US Summit must see the value in increasing trade with South & Central America, rich in Natural Resources and very strong & hard workers , so they don't have to migrate to USA and instead build up their Wealth, Health and Purchasing Power , or India and China will do it instead. South & Central America need and wants at least 300 Gigawatts of Solar, Wind , Batteries and Chargers Arrays and Agrivoltaics,and all the Chemicals and Components and Minerals to build them can be sourced locally , but Washington DC and Brussels have never provided the human talent, Managers and Engineers, to get it done , instead the Neocon Warmongers that have hijacked foreign policy have just pushed Chaos and Violence to keep the Christians locals down , poor , divided amd weak . What a waste of time and resources.
