Good news for Competition, Open Markets , Fair Rules of the Game , etc., and a chance for new small web businesses to make it against the big Monopolies , but it still needs the final Vote and the Lobby's working for the Monopolies will try to derail the Legislation , which is more important than ever : Look at the new CEO of Twitter saying that : " ... it's not about Free Speech and Free Media , but about what I think is healthy speech and media ! " and many other cases were the Big Tech sets the Rules and no one gets a chance to compete or even complain about it .This is a very BIG DEAL for the Web and the Internet. Let's hope it gets the final Vote and becomes a Reality.
