The European Union and USA , Pr Trump Administration, should develop Trade AI , and expand the Mercosur- Europe Deal to the whole American Continent and all the West, instead of doing nothing and letting China and India do it first . Scientific AI , Trade AI , was invented precisely for this : Try all the possible combinations and find the best one : In trade is to match buyers and sellers, Ranchers and Farmers , and balance out all the Cost differences, all the Labor & Energy & Animal Feed & Fertilizer & Currency & etc. Differences and find the best and most fair formula , and this Trade AI can be extended to Capital Markets Union, matching Investors witn Investments. In my opinion the only caveat is that the European Union and USA dont use the usual "software - database - trading houses " contractors, they will do " front running ", shorts , insider trading , currency manipulation, data spying , etc. and will ruin it for everyone except themselves, a disaster . In my opinion Pr Trump & European Council must start now developing a Trade AI platform to expand Fair Trade between the American Continent and Europe . It's very disappointing that it has not been done already. In my opinion Draghi should be put in charge , among others.
