In my opinion this is the fault of many European men, they are so un- interested , coward , clueless , corrupt or incompetent that they can't or won't change the EU Laws : put one foot inside EU and you get Rights and they have to feed you, house you and pay you a lawyer , so every Jihadi will end up in Europe , chasing european woman and organizing the Caliphate , all paid by Europe Taxpayers.
