Some of these Neocon Oligarchs stole and defrauded € billions from the Russian People during the Privatization of Russian Assets after the Collapse of the Soviet Union using fraudulent Auctions , and bought hundreds of billions of the best Russian Factories, Oil & Gas & Minerals Deposits, Ports , Airports , Mines , Farms, Real Estate , Rails , etc. for just a few $ millions , since they worked at the Russian State Agencies and Ministries and knew exactly where the Assets were and how to get them in near secret Auctions during the Chaos . All the latest Wars have been about these Thefts , like the Ukraine War . Shame !
