Fact is Ukraine State Assets and Contracts are still controlled by Oligarchs , the same Oligarch's that controlled most everything before Maidan Massacres, still control today these same State Assets and Contracts , nothing has changed ! What was the Revolution for if the same People monopolize all the States Assets and Contracts ? Some of these Oligarchs were found guilty of scamming Banks, Industrial ,Commercial and State Enterprises out of € billions ,but almost no one went to jail ! Nothing has changed .
