Fact is China is investing just € 150 billion in Semiconductors, another ~ € 850 billion in Industrial Base technologies and Training,not to mention their staggering investments in Space Technologies with dual usage Science ->Consumer / Military, while the USA has implemented the Infrastructure Act and the Clean Energies Act and the Chips Act, a very smart balancing act, now the EU must up their game to compete in the Global Markets, it's only logical .
