  1. IMO the EU must have someone in Washington DC proposing something intelligent to Pr Trump, a new Trade AI Deal, a new TTIP deal. Trump made clear in his first Cabinet Meeting that he wants good China & USA relations , and wants China investing in USA. Europe can offer USA to expand Mercosur to the whole American Continent, with TRADE AI, all South- Central America Caribbe, Canada and USA , all trading with Open Source Trade AI , to balance out the huge Cost , Labor, Energy, etc. DIFFERENCES .Europe has 2 million bureaucrats, but can't find one to make a Trade AI Deal in Washington DC ?
