Europe has no Oil or Gas or Minerals , without very robust support , the EU Electric Vehicles, Batteries & Chargers Industries will never take off with volume , when we know the whole World will sell 25 million e - cars a year in just a few years , from ultra compact city cars to semi trucks like Tesla and others are building. Look at China EV Growth, it's tremendous. In my opinion that Europe is not supporting Tesla more on small and large trucks and Batteries is unbelievable. The Green Deal Industrial Plan must be implemented at the speed of light and to help the Middle Class to participate with small and medium Businesses, or the EU Middle Class will die.
