  1. Niger Citizens have one simple question : Where is all the money from the Oil, Gold, Minerals and Uranium Sales to foreign firms and Commodities Traders ? Who are these Energy and Commodities Traders ? Are they part of the same " untouchable lobby " of diamonds traders in Antwerp selling diamonds and gold to the Mexico Cartels ? Where is the Money gone ? In my opinion Borrell should explain where the money is gone before starting on disastrous Sanctions, like in Ukraine - Russia Conflict, that will only create even more hate and mistrust in West Central Africa against France amd Europe interests. Why provoke the African People against Europe before proposing new Presidential Elections ? Why not send there young and strong European Diplomats to solve the problem instead of telephoning Sanctions and hate ? You are telling everyone that there is not one talented Diplomat in Europe to solve this problem in person ? All the fashion ties and fashion suits and beauty treatments and high salaries and no one can get the job done in person ?
