Fact is that even after the Maidan Massacres and Destruction and the new Elections , most of the same Oligarch's control most of the Ukraine National Assets and Government Contracts , nothing has changed.The UKraine People has not seen any changes , the same self - serving Oligarchs control most of the National Assets. Even some of the Oligarchs that stole the biggest nationalized Bank and indicted , ~ € 4 billion , are still running around untouched.
