  1. EU Parliament must start installing the 400 Gigawatts of Solar , Wind, Hydrogen, Wave, Desalination, Chargers and Electric Transportation Factories of the RePowerEU program : JUST DO IT ! In my humble opinion all the highly paid Politicians and Bureaucrats in Brussels and the 27 Capitals must start installing these Solar and Batteries arrays in all Rail Road tracks , over Parking Lots like the new French Law demands , on every store rooftop , everywhere that is technically possible , and stop talking and posturing for the TV Cameras , just install the 400 Gigawatts all over Europe !
