  1. Let's be practical , we know fast junk foods, sugar sodas, processed foods destroy Health and have only one purpose : Sell expensive medications. Parents must switch to Natural Foods, Fresh Fruits, Vegetables like Beans for Proteins, etc. The worst is the so-called white Sugar: From growing crops to Process and to Processed Foods its a Health Disaster . In my opinion Parents should make sure Labels are clear : No Sugar added, No GMO, No Glyphosate, No Corn Syrup, etc.
