Watch the incompetent amateurs in charge : Timmermans has been a public bureaucrat since 1987 , never did anything except talking . This incompetent personifies the problems in Europe : Any Construction project in Europe takes years to get approvals, thanks to the " red tape" mentality , a total failure . Brussels is only good to go shopping for fashion clothes and make up.
