In my opinion , advanced 3nm Chips , batteries for Electric Transportation,Hydrogen Systems & Advanced & Secure Electric Grids are some of the components this Stimulus must provide right now, not to mention the absolute need for all Citizens to have their own laptops or tablets with solar/ motion chargers , cheap data plans & solid cyber training for e-commerce, drones , 3dprinting, blockchain, robotics, urban farming , Linux, etc., here the Federal Gov. cannot be stingy & must help every single Citizen get these tools & training.
