NATO and the EU Commission must remember that the Ukraine - Russia Manufactured Conflict is a vital DISTRACTION for the Oligarchs in Washington DC to steal the massive US Infrastructure and US Pandemic Funds, around ~ $ 150 billion still not allocated , they need the American Public distracted very far away , like in Ukraine that 70% didn't even know where it was in a map, and while they are distracted , they set up Special Restricted Accounts and move the Funds there, operating between the Treasury and 4 Agencies among others : Office of Recovery Programs , American Rescue Plan Coordinator Offices, American Development Bank, US International Development Financial Corporation and from there to BVI, Cyprus , Belize , Bermuda, Cayman, Seychelles and their Middle East hubs.This absurd and unnecessary War is just a huge DISTRACTION to steal US Funds , besides distracting from Zelenskiy and Kolomoisky Bank Accounts in BVI , Cyprus , Belize , etc., from the PrivatBank Theft Case, and where Abramovich and their partners also keep some of their Assets .
