  1. This is total nonsense , EU has Funds for Border Security and Funds for Aid ,there is no proof some are going to the other , this is made up speculation. To suggest that Europe cannot defend its own Borders is absurd . Oxfam is financed by large Corporations that want cheap illegal Labor , and also gets funds from the usual anti - EU lobby, that want Chaos in Europe.
