  1. Rare Earth's, Uranium and other radioactive minerals are usually part of large copper deposits , without large cities near by, this looks like a safe project. Interesting how China and most Middle East countries trade with Russia daily, while their lobby's convince Brussels and Washington DC to don't trade with Russia and instead Sanction them, avoiding competition. Europe and USA don't look very smart , in my opinion.Those same Oligarch's lobby's are now speculating daily to lift the price of Electricity and Energy to squeeze EU and US even more.
